Baseball Loses Legend

I would be greatly remiss if I did not note the passing of John "Buck" O'Neill. Negro Baseball league legend and the first black coach in Major League baseball. O'Neill passed away Friday at the age of 94. O'Neill was as a big an ambassador for the game of baseball as you could find. It was a damn shame that he was not elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame last year. O'Neill was a class act regardless, acting as the presentor for the Negro Leaguers that were inducted last year. I hope that MLB rights this injustice by inducting O'Neill in posthumously with the upcoming class.
