11 Years ago today, my life changed...
If you look at my profile you'll see a picture of me and my greatest treasure. Without getting too sappy; today is my daughter's , the lovely Princess Katie, 11th Birthday. She's a sports nut herself, though not as fanatical as her old man. She has an million dollar smile and a personality that could light up a dark room. Like I said my life changed and it was for the better, it doesn't seem like 11 years ago I was holding her in my arms and she was sticking her tongue out at me. :P But like I've said countless times before, she is the best part of me.
And she gets to see playoff baseball, though she told me that she didn't like the Diamondbacks changing their jerseys. "I liked the purple!" She told me last April. But now she gets to see a playoff baseball game, something that her father hasn't seen in this area since 1995 (or 1999 if you count the one game wild card playoff that the Reds lost) But in any case, The post today is brief, but I just wanted to make sure she knew that I was posting on here that I'm wishing her a happy birthday!
